Returns & Refunds

1. Overview
At Sylas Weiss Co, every item is produced specifically to order. Because our collection is created on demand, we do not hold inventory or process standard returns.
By finalizing your purchase, you agree to the conditions outlined in this policy regarding sizing, buyer's remorse, and defective items.
2. Buyer's Remorse & Sizing
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Buyer's Remorse: If you change your mind about an item after it has been pushed to production.
- Wrong Size Ordered: We cannot exchange items if you ordered the incorrect size. Please refer carefully to the sizing charts provided on the product pages before checking out.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Print Errors
We stand by the quality of our collection. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to an error on our end (or our manufacturing partner), we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
4. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for packages lost due to carrier error.
Note: If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility and will not issue a refund or replacement. Please contact the carrier directly.
5. Invalid Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
6. How to File a Claim
To file a claim for a defective or lost item, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team within the 30-day window.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- If claiming a defect or misprint, you must attach clear photos showing the issue and the garment.
